  • Track 2: Publication of an article in a partner journal
  • Track 3: A chapter in a monograph classified at Level II of the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education (MNiSW) journal and monograph list

Step 3. Abstract Acceptance

Participants will receive notification of the acceptance or rejection of their abstracts.

Step 4. Submission of the Publication in the CMQ 2026 System

Publications should be submitted via the CMQ 2026 system in accordance with the standards applicable to the respective publication tracks.

Step 5. Submission of the Publication to a Journal or Publisher

Depending on the selected publication track, the article or monograph chapter shall be adapted by the Authors to meet the formal requirements of the relevant journal or publishing house and will be subject to the peer-review process.

Track 1: Polish- and English-Language Monographs (Krakow University of Economics Press)

Papers developed on the basis of conference presentations and prepared in accordance with the editorial guidelines, upon receiving positive peer reviews, will be published as chapters in Polish- and English-language scholarly monographs issued by Krakow University of Economics Press (20 points per chapter according to the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education list).

Monographs resulting from the CMQ 2026 conference will be published by the end of 2026.

The current guidelines for manuscript preparation are available on Krakow University of Economics Press website: https://wydawnictwo.uek.krakow.pl/dla-autorow.html

Track 2: Partner Journals

In cooperation with partner journals, a publication plan has been developed for journals included on the MNiSW list. In connection with the CMQ 2025 conference, more than 50 articles have already been published or are currently under review in partner journals, nearly 40 of which appear in journals ranked at 70 points or higher.

As part of the collaboration with partner journals, the following publication opportunities have been arranged:

The presented list of journals is updated on an ongoing basis and may be modified in the event of significant changes to the ministerial scoring system.

The final decision regarding the allocation of a manuscript to a particular journal is made by the CMQ 2026 Scientific Committee in consultation with journal editors.

To be eligible for publication, manuscripts must meet the substantive and editorial requirements specified by the chosen journal and must receive positive reviews through the double‑blind review process. Articles for partner journals must be prepared exclusively in English.

The publication timeline depends on the editorial schedules of individual journals, with most articles expected to be published in 2027.

Before registering the publication in the system, authors are kindly asked to complete the abstract form:

Articles will be submitted through the CMQ article registration system. We kindly ask that each manuscript be between 34,000 and 36,000 characters including spaces. Please use footnotes formatted in accordance with APA 7 guidelines. At this stage of the process, the editorial layout of the article may follow any preferred format.

Once the CMQ 2026 Scientific Council assigns articles to a specific partner journal, authors may be asked to adjust their manuscripts to the journal’s formal requirements and to slightly increase or decrease the overall length of the text.

Track 3: Monographs Published by Level II MNiSW Publishers

We are planning to publish two monographs with a publishing house classified at Level II of the MNiSW list:
