Conference Fees
Option 1. Conference fee for participation in the conference with publication
€455
The fee includes:
- Participation in the conference in Krakow on June 9-10, 2025 (attendance at conference sessions, two lunches, coffee and fruit-vegetable breaks, gala dinner),
- On-line participation in the conference on June 11, 2025,
- Conference materials,
- Publication in a monograph included on the Ministry of Science and Higher Education list or in a scientific journal (as outlined on the conference website),
- Opportunity to present at the conference,
- Certificate of participation in the conference,
- Certificate of presentation at the conference,
- Assistant support (help with planning the stay and on-site support during the conference).
Option 2. Conference fee for participation in the conference without publication
€330
The fee includes all elements presented in Option 1, excluding publication opportunities.
Option 3. Conference fee for on-line participation in the conference with publication
€200
The fee includes:
- Participation in on-line sessions and debates on June 9-11, 2025,
- Conference materials in electronic format,
- Publication in a monograph included on the Ministry of Science and Higher Education list or in a scientific journal (as outlined on the conference website),
- Opportunity to present at the conference,
- Certificate of participation in the conference,
- Certificate of presentation at the conference.
Option 4. Conference fee for on-line participation in the conference without publication
€50
The fee includes all elements presented in Option 3, excluding publication opportunities.
Accommodation
The conference fee does NOT include accommodation; however, discounts have been negotiated for CMQ 2025 Conference Participants at the following hotels:

The hotel requires a reservation guarantee by credit card or prepayment. Reservations can be canceled free of charge until 6:00 PM the day before arrival. In case of no-show or late cancellation, a fee for the first night of the reservation will be charged. Payment for the guaranteed reservation should be made individually by guests on-site.
