Submission of the full article text to a partner journal in the CMQ registration system – by 2 June 2026 (unless a different date has been agreed in direct correspondence with the Authors)
Conference Fees
Option 1. Conference participation fee with publication
€455
Participants of CMQ 2025 are entitled to a 10% discount (the discounted fee amounts to €409.50)
The fee includes:
- on-site participation in the conference in Kraków on 8–9 June 2026 (conference sessions, two lunches, coffee and fruit/vegetable breaks, gala dinner)
- online participation on 10 June 2026
- conference materials
- one publication (single-authored or co-authored) in a scored monograph from the Polish Ministry of Education and Science (MNiSW) list or in a scientific journal (according to the options presented on the conference website)
- opportunity to present at the conference
- certificate of participation
- certificate of presentation
Option 2. Conference participation fee without publication
€330
The fee includes all elements listed in Option 1, excluding publication opportunities.
Participants of CMQ 2025 are entitled to a 10% discount (the discounted fee amounts to €297)
Accommodation
The conference fee does NOT include accommodation. However, special discounts have been negotiated for CMQ 2026 participants at the following hotels:
